Serving Suggestions:

Penne Rigate is the second most preferred and popular pasta after spaghetti. It resembles a pen, perfect for pesto, marinara and carbonara based sauces. Popular with children especially. For authentic “al dente” pasta, boil uncovered in salted water, stirring occassionally for approximately 10 minutes. Serve immediately with your favourite sauce.
